DESCRIPTION:Alle Informationen zur Veranstaltung finden Sie hier. \nProgramme (subject to changes) \n8.30 Welcome\, Introductions and Icebreaker  \n9:30: From Observation to Growth: Supervision and Feedback in Clinical Daily CAP Practice \nJuan Pablo Carrasco Picazo and Suyog Dhakras \nThis interactive seminar will explore how supervision and feedback take shape in everyday clinical practice\, combining real-world experiences\, educational frameworks\, and participant reflection. Through interactive discussions\, live polling and word clouds\, we will examine current practices in different European countries\, challenges\, and opportunities in both direct and indirect supervision\, including the transition between levels of autonomy \n10:30: Coffee break \n10:45: From Observation to Growth: Online supervision \nJuan Pablo Carrasco Picazo and Suyog Dhakras \nIn the second part of this workshop we will address the growing role of online supervision\, reflecting on its challenges and potential\, supported by practical experiences\, to provide a comprehensive and forward-looking view of supervision in modern clinical training. \n11:15-11:30: coffee break \n11:30-13:00 If you want them to brush their teeth… show them how: trans-generational thriving  \nSara Pillen\, Gyri Vorren\, Peter Deschamps \nAs CAP we know well: children do not do as you say\, they do as you do. In this workshop we reflect on this principle and on how it may also apply to thriving and resilience of the CAP workforce. What examples did we receive from our own trainers? What kind of examples do we set for our trainees as trainers? And what can we learn from our trainees? In three iterations we use individual reflection\, small group discussion and central feedback using creative methods to explore this question further. \n13:00-13:45 lunchbreak \n13:45-15:45: Can child psychiatrists keep themselves afloat in today’s society\, or do they also get lost in the drama triangle? \nAnn Van Thillo\, Sara Pillen \nEveryone knows the dangers of the Bermuda Triangle. But as a CAP\, you are more likely to get entangled in the drama triangle. In this workshop\, we explore how this model\, developed in 1968 by Karpman\, can help us as a CAP stay on course within the turbulent waters of current society. Furthermore\, we examine our identity and explore how this knowledge can help us firmly take on our caregiving role for young people and their families. \n15:45-16:30 Focus group Trainers’ seminar evaluation \nSara Pillen \nIn this focus group we’ll reflect on the past 7 years of Trainers’ seminar. In the process of the evaluation of this unique international faculty development program we’ll want to share the preliminary results with you (who attended at least one\, but maybe multiple seminars) and exchange thoughts and ideas.
